For customers with larger sent message databases, you now have a more optimized experience with shorter loading times when viewing your Sent Messages Report filters. Issues with exporting large XLSX files have been resolved as well.

The process of importing subscribers when logged in to the platform on a mobile device has also been smoothed out even further to make it as easy as possible for you! Plus, the advanced importer option now automatically maps custom attributes in your account to corresponding column headers in your spreadsheet.

You now have another option for segmenting your subscriber list via adaptive groups: a new "web banner opt-in" condition.

The "Send a Message" page has made a simple update to make your experience just that much easier...

When selecting to send a message to a group, the list of groups are now organized according to the number of group members, the groups with the highest number of messages being listed toward the top.

MORE iMESSAGE POWER

If you're interested in sending messages through iMessage, you can now enjoy more flexibility because you're able to designate different "sender names" when sending out your deeplink to get people to opt in to receiving iMessages. That means your recipient list can see the message coming from a trusted sender name - making them more likely to actually engage with your message.

MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH MULTI-OPTION CUSTOM ATTRIBUTES

You have even more flexibility for your custom attributes now with the added "Multi-Options" attribute type.

When you're setting up your new custom attribute, you can select "Multi-Options" and list out your desired number of options you'd like to be to select from for your subscribers. Then when this attribute is being assigned to your subscribers, multiple data points will be able to be selected from that list of options.
