How Does It Work?

What does this mean for your team? If you use Procore, then when you sign up with Mobile Text Alerts you can sync your Mobile Text Alerts account with your Procore account and automatically import your Procore contacts into Mobile Text Alerts.

In other words, you can send, schedule or automate SMS messages to your team without needing to import any data into your SMS software. Simply sync it with Procore and we’ll do all the work—or, really, our software will! This integration means that you can sync your SMS list with your Procore list with the click of a mouse.

What Messages Can I Send?

There are many possible uses for SMS on a construction site. It can be a way to let supervisors know when a project is done or ready for review—you can even attach photos to show your team the work is done! It can be a way to communicate with workers when severe weather hits. It can also be used within teams to give more general product updates, communicate regularly with sub-contractors, and keep up to date on how all the various projects on a site are progressing.
