Your dashboard summary is the first thing you see when you log in to your Mobile Text Alerts account.  It shows many details of your entire account at a glance. This tutorial will explain all the features of this useful page.

The blue box that says “Messages Sent This Month” gives you a quick overview of how many messages have been sent from your account during the present month.  For example, if it is currently the 27th of December, the number will tell you how many messages you sent out between the 1st and 27th of December.

At the bottom of the blue box is a link that says “Send a Message.”  Clicking this link will take you to the “Send a Message” screen so that you can send out a new message.

Total Messages Sent

At the bottom of the green box is a link that says “View Message Report.”  Clicking this will take you to the “Sent Messages Report” screen, which gives you a detailed report of each of the messages that you have sent.

Subscribers This Month

The purple box that says “Subscribers This Month” tells you how many subscribers have been added to your account during the present month.  This would include any subscribers that you have added manually or that you have imported via spreadsheet, and it also would include any subscribers who have texted in to join your account or have signed up through your sign-up page.

Clicking the “Manage Subscribers” link on the bottom of that purple box will take you to the “Manage Subscribers” page on your Control Panel.  From that page you can add, edit, or remove subscribers on your account.

Total Subscribers
