New Live Assistant Feature

We are very excited to release the first version of our new Live Assistant feature.

What does the Live Assistant feature do?

We created the Live Assistant feature with the goal of helping you run your live sales more effectively. The Live Assistant will watch your live sale, and keep track of “sold” comments, so that you can keep track of who has claimed which items.



Who is the Live Assistant feature intended for?

This feature is currently only available to LuLaRoe and Paparazzi Consultants, so if you would like to use the new feature, go to your settings page and change your industry to either “LuLaRoe” or “Paparazzi.”



How does it work?

Here is a detailed step-by-step instruction of how to use the Live Assistant feature.



Step 1: Go to the Live Assistant page in the Mobile Text Alerts control panel



Step 2: Log into Facebook, and start your live sale on your Facebook page



Step 3: On the Live Assistant page, select the Facebook page where you created your live sale



Step 4: Select the Live Sale Post from the list



Step 5: Click the “Start Assistant” button



Step 6: Now, the Live Assistant will keep track of everyone who makes a claim using your “Sale Keyword”



The Live Assistant will even automatically comment for you, letting your customers know that their claim has been received

  • I was very excited and tried this twice, my live was not listed in the dropdown meu. When i tried with the secomd live the first was listed

    • Hi Cheryl, I heard back from development and it looks like the sale needs to be started before selecting the page from your Live Assistant. They may implement some kind of “Refresh” button or something of that nature to help with the confusion in the future. Hopefully that helps- Let us know if you have any other questions or issues!

  • Hi. I tried this last night following all the instructions but live assistant did not comment for me nor did I get a report. Do you have to keep this computer screen with timer open during the whole live for it to work?

  • Issues with Live assistant.

    Same issues as other people have experienced.
    We login in to MTA. Log in to facebook and begin a live on our business page.
    We the select it within MTA, but it does not give the any options even with the refresh button.

    I tried again today, and the drop down show me a event post we posted 20 hours ago.
    Hopefully the programmers can figure out a fix.

  • Hello, Live Assist has not worked for me in months. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have started my live first before opening Live Assist, after opening Live Assist, and as close to the same time as possible for both. I have tried the same computer, 2 different computers, and an ipad and pc. Could you please advise me on what I can try next. I always get “Log into Facebook and start your Live Sale on your Facebook page”. I am and my wife is an administrator for our page along with several others we’ve tried. PS: We met your wife at training and we live in Westminster.She may remember my wife, she is the one Bell’s Palsy.

  • Hello! I tried out the Live Assistant with just a test video from my Paparazzi business page. I was unable to select my video even after refreshing a number of times. Do I have to have an audience or be talking in order for the video to be found?! Please help – I am excited to use the feature in my lives sales starting in May.

  • Hi I was wondering if Live Assistant was available to free trial users? I signed up to try this out, but after selecting Paparazzi I do not see the Live Assistant option for me?
