How to Invite Your BLESS Customers to Receive Text Alerts

Recently, BLESS made the decision to block all third-party integration with its service.

This is unfortunate news as it means we can no longer directly integrate with your BLESS accounts to invite subscribers or keep track of Loyalty Rewards and things of that nature. However, we developed another solution you can implement to invite your BLESS customers!

Step 1:

Login to your BLESS Account and Select your “Customers” tab.

Step 2:

Select to “Show All” rows.

Step 3:

“Select All” and copy the page.

For PC: Ctrl+A

For Mac: +A

Once information is highlighted, press Ctrl+C or +C.

Or reference the image below.

Step 4:

Open a spreadsheet and “Paste” the material you “Copied.” The format can stay exactly the way it is pasted.


Do not add or remove ANY data/cells from the spreadsheet after you have pasted the info in. Removing anything or tidying up the spreadsheet to look nicer will prevent the invites from going out successfully.

Step 5:

Go to the Invite BLESS Customers page in your control panel.

Look to the top of the page. Here, you can customize your Invite Message. 

Upload the spreadsheet you created with the list of all your BLESS customers. Your invites are sent immediately upon importing the spreadsheet! All your clients need to do is reply

And our system will automatically add them!

**If a phone number is already a subscriber in your text alert system, an invite will not be sent to them- so no need to worry about bothering your customers who have already signed up!

    Can this only be done once? I have tried it again cause I wanted to say something different however its not sending out again.

      Hi Austin,

      Thanks for your comment! Sorry for any confusion- The Bless invitation message will only go out to each phone number one time, so if you try again it would only send to numbers that hadn’t been sent the message before.

      If you’d like us to clear it out on the back end so you can re-send to everyone, shoot over an email to and we can get that cleared out for you! 🙂

    After I’ve uploaded my bless contacts I can’t find a send button to send the invite message! How do I do that?

      Hi Emily,

      Thanks for your comment! The system will automatically send out the invitation message once you’ve uploaded the subscribers on the “Import Subscribers from Bless” page and a message should show up on your screen confirming that the invitation message was sent out. 🙂
