Schedule Text Alerts: 5 Steps

One awesome feature of a text alert system is the ability to schedule text alerts!

With this feature you can set up your messages when you have time. Then you can schedule them to go out at whatever date and time you want!

This allows you more flexibility and control over your text messages.

Here’s how to schedule text alerts with your¬†account.

Step 1: Go to the Send a Message page to schedule text alerts

First you go to the Send a Message page on your Mobile Text Alerts control panel. You will need to log in with the username and password for your account.

Step 2: Select the “Schedule the Message” option

At the top of this page you will select the “schedule” option.

You will then have the option to select what date and time you want your message to go out.send a message- scheduled message options

Step 3: Select how often (if at all) the message should repeat

You will also select whether or not you want your message to automatically repeat, and how often it should repeat.

You can specify a timeframe such as every week, every month on Tuesday, etc.

Step 4: Select the recipients for the message

Scroll down and select whether you want your scheduled message to be sent to all subscribers, to particular groups on your account, or to individual subscribers.

Step 5: Enter message content

On the bottom of the page you will enter the content for your message.

When you are done inputting that information, click the “Schedule Message” button and your message will be scheduled!


Once your message is scheduled, it will show up on the Scheduled Messages section of your control panel. (For more info on the Scheduled Messages page see this Help article).
