Ever wondered how to schedule mass SMS for your business or organization?
Scheduling mass texts allows you to set up texting campaigns to boost your audiences engagement or get important info out.
To schedule mass SMS you will first need a text alert system such as ours at Mobile-Text-Alerts.com and then the steps are simple!
Step 1: To schedule mass SMS alerts, first select the date and time you want your message to be sent
You will do this from the Send a Message page. You can select the date/time and you can also select whether you want the message to be automatically sent out at intervals.
Step 2: Select the recipients for your message.
From the same Send a Message page you can select whether you want your message to go to all recipients in your database, to particular groups, or to individual subscribers.
Step 3: Type out the content for your message.
The last step is to type out the content you are wanting to send and click the “Schedule Message” button at the bottom of the page.
The message will then be scheduled to go out to your selected recipients at the selected time.
A few notes
When you schedule mass SMS alerts, there are a couple things you’ll want to make note of:
- Make sure your time zone is correct in your Settings under Control Panel Settings.
- You can view and edit your scheduled messages under the Scheduled Messages tab.
